FIELD: mining; applicable in underground mining of mineral deposits in permafrost rocks (in permafrost zone) by systems with filling of worked-out spaces and formation of filling mass (artificial pillar). SUBSTANCE: method includes formation of primary stopes, supply to worked-out space of filler, binding material and cooled air. In this case, supplied to worked-out space is coolant with required temperature determined by formula given in invention description. In this case, first coolant is supplied and then, cooled water is dispersed in amount determined by formula given in invention description. Invention provides for high efficiency of underground mining of permafrost mineral deposits due to formation of stable fill mass in preset terms with coordination with process of mining of permafrost rocks, that makes it possible to extract useful mineral by highly efficient and highly mechanized systems featuring maximum characteristics of mineral recovery. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl
