FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to heat-and-power plants for utilisation of carbon-bearing wastes and may be used in city treatment facilities. Heat-and-power plant with inertial boiling bed for utilisation of carbon-bearing residue of sewage waters comprises boiler plant, furnace of boiling bed and gas-engine power plant with pipeline for exhaust gases. Plant comprises blow fan of high pressure with mixing chamber of fresh air and hot smoke fumes, to which gas-engine power plant exhaust gases pipeline is connected, box-type air heater, through which, by means of specified fan, hot gas-air mixture is supplied to furnace of boiling bed for combustion above heated inertial boiling bed of carbon-bearing residue of sewage waters, settling chamber installed above boiling bed furnace, with section exceeding section of specified furnace, and side pockets for reception of ash-and-slag wastes from settling chamber with auger unloaders.

EFFECT: creation of highly efficient heat-and-power plant with preliminary heating of blow air to provide for moisture evaporation, with catching of ash-slags in boiling bed furnace and with wet cleaning of smoke fumes in process of utilisation of carbon-bearing residue of sewage waters with simultaneous generation of electric and thermal energy.
