FIELD: recycling and disposal of waste.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recycling systems and can be used at thermal power plants, coal preparation plants, oil refineries in the disposal of hydraulic sludge and oil sludge, as well as on energy technology complexes for the utilization of sewage sludge. Recycling system contains a furnace, a heat exchanger and an ash collector. Furnace is made of a fluidized bed and contains a vaulted shell of refractory material with a grate rod on which the nozzle grate is located, and a screw unloader is installed in the lower part of the furnace body. Inside the boiler body there are water-heating pipes connected to the heat consumer. To nozzles there supplied is heat carrier from forced draft fan connected via heat piping to outlet of high-temperature air heater of heat exchange unit. Vortex nozzle-burner operating on gaseous fuel, for example biogas supplied from bioreactor, is installed in side wall of boiler. Waste is supplied from pneumatic loading device through spraying device provided with tangential heat carrier supply. Chimney is located in one of the side walls of the boiler and is connected by a heat pipe to a heat exchanger, the outlet of which is connected to the ash collector, containing an inlet branch, a body, an outlet branch, a hopper, irrigation and spray nozzles. As irrigation and spray nozzles, vortex atomizers with a screw conical swirler are used to spray the liquid. Each of the atomizers comprises a body and a fitting coaxially disposed and rigidly connected to it in the upper part with an inlet cylindrical hole connected to the diffuser, which is axially symmetric in the body, which has a perforated disk disposed on it. In the lower part of the housing, there is an axially symmetric housing with a nozzle with at least three protrusions centering it in an axial cylindrical chamber. Nozzle is made with a central hole, on the inner surface of which a screw thread is made. Between the perforated disk and the nozzle there is a hollow helical conical swirler with a screw thread. Nozzle is pressed against the atomizer body by a threaded washer with a central confuser.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of energy conservation and cleaning of flue gases.
