FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: utilisation system of wet carbon-containing waste includes furnace, heat exchanger and ash collector. Furnace is of fluidised bed type and it includes arch-shaped design from refractory material with grate located at distance of 1/3 of height of housing from its lower part, on which nozzle grid is located. Total area of nozzle holes is about 30-50% of area of grating. Screw unloader is installed in lower part of furnace housing. On grating there located is inert carrier in the form of coarse grained quartz sand, and inside boiler housing there located are water heating tubes connected to heat consumer. To nozzles there supplied is heat carrier from forced draft fan connected via heat piping to outlet of high-temperature air heater of heat exchange unit. Vortex nozzle-burner operating on gaseous fuel, for example biogas supplied from bioreactor, is installed in side wall of boiler. Waste is supplied from pneumatic loading device through spraying device provided with tangential heat carrier supply. Flue gas duct is located in one of side walls of the boiler and connected to heat piping with heat exchange unit the outlet of which is connected to ash collector containing inlet branch pipe, housing, outlet connection pipe, bunker, and centrifugal liquid spraying atomisers used as sprinkler and spray nozzles.

EFFECT: increasing efficiency of energy and resource saving and cleaning of flue gases.
