SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for diagnosing hormonally inactive microadenomas of hypophysis (IAH) in girls. In order to realise the method levels of prolactin in blood is determined in girls with suspected two hours after falling asleep and at 6 o'clock in the morning. On the basis of obtained data, canonical value (K) is calculated by formula, and if K is greater than (-1.69) and smaller than 1.86 IAH is diagnosed.

EFFECT: increase of accuracy of diagnosing IAH in girls using minimal number of most informative tests.
