SUBSTANCE: first set of symbols represents signal received by receiver. The second set of symbols representing signal transmitted by receiver is assessed with application of spherical decoding method. At least two modulation circuits may be used in assessment. Validity information related to bits shaping symbol may be defined for at least one symbol from the second set. Besides validity information related to signal may be considered in assessment of at least one symbol from the second set.

EFFECT: provision of multifunctional methods for signal detection with application of spherical decoding for different values.
