FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in creation of information networks that operate on the basis of power transmission lines networks with application of PLC technology: transfer of signals through power supply wires. Multi-level information network consists of several information subnetworks separated at hardware level, inlet "A" of Router is connected to "upper" information subnetwork, several "Bn" inlets of Router are connected to corresponding "lower" information subnetworks, at that Router operates as information bridge between "upper" and "lower" subnetworks, at the border between several neighboring subnetworks into rupture of power supply transmission lines wires Filter is installed, which passes currents of industrial frequency 50 Hz, but does not pass signals of PLC modems, and specialised PLC Router is connected to every Filter.

EFFECT: creation of multi-level information network on the basis of PLC technology at reduction of high-frequency noise level and increase of information network operation stability.
