FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food materials forming, can be used in heavy production flow for chocolate goods forming. Device for food masses forming contains one or several forms with sockets, which form filling cavities, heat-conductive material nibs, which are in heat-exchange association with filling holes and thermoconditioning units, connected to the mentioned nibs made of heat-conductive material. There is a control unit providing control signals for thermoconditioning units such as Peltier elements units connected to heat-conductive material nibs for providing given thermal filling cycles. Mentioned form has contact elements, jutting on the outer surface of the form for electric power supply at least one mentioned thermoconditioning unit. Furthermore mentioned electrical contact elements have sliding configuration.

EFFECT: removal of form out of machine to maintain including exchange of exchangeable cleaned forms with no necessity of processing department machinery stop.
