SUBSTANCE: injection molding system of a fat-containing product in one die comprises a injection means, in which one injection channel is provided, wherein the injection means being fastened to a conveying means of said fat-containing product through a heated junction means. Heating element for said injection channel is arranged inside the injection means. Male half-shell connected to the lower surface of a cooled support means is inserted in the die. System also comprises a gas insulating system comprising a means for entering insulating gas and adjusting means. Wherein the entering means and adjusting means are connected to the lower surface of the heated junction means, and the gas insulating system is adapted to be connected to an entry of insulating gas, through the means for entering, inducing a thermal insulation between the half-shell and injection means. Gas insulating system is also adapted to convey said gas, through the adjusting means into the transit area and to make it go out of the transit area, through a through-holes of said cooled support means, inducing a control of the physical conditions of the die.
EFFECT: invention allows adjusting and checking the temperature of the fat-containing product during its movement within the injection molding system, and also adjusting uniform cooling of the product that allows optimally separating the product stiffened in the die.
