FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting mucous membrane under endoscopic control, breaking the unciform process, removing pathologically transformed mucous membrane of the maxillary and ethmoidal sinuses with natural anastomosis being excised in posteroinferior direction. Two semi-oval cuts are made in mucous membrane and periosteum around the fistula orifice apart from bone boundary at one radius large distance. The unciform process is set and fixed in normal position. EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications. 1 tbl
