FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns ophthalmology and can be used for an objective of optico-refractive effect estimation of correction lens at selection of glasses. After selection of an optical lens on as much as possible reached corrected visual acuity, scanning sciascopy of optical system of an eye together with the lens is made. Thus residual refraction, defocusing and optical aberrations are defined, and after their analysis the decision on correctness of a picked up glass lens is made. In case of wrong selection it is necessary to enlarge or reduce force of the correction lens until refraction and defocusing equals or closes to zero value and minimum optical aberrations will be reached.
EFFECT: reception of the objective information on the reached refraction, residual defocusing and to optical aberrations in chosen up glass lens.
