FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to ophthalmology and can be used for objective estimating the change in optical lens properties, and also diagnosing the character of lenticular opacity advance associated with cataract development. Dynamic aberrometry and dynamic keratotopography are performed. In accordance therewith, internal aberrations of optical eye system are determined. The change in optical lens properties and lenticular opacity advance associated with cataract development is indicated by increasing in internal eye aberrations.
EFFECT: obtaining the objective evidence referred to the changes in optical lens properties that allows detecting subclinical signs of cataract development and advance.
