FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: elliptic sifter comprises sieving surface installed between end flanges, drive, loading and unloading accessories. Sieving surface is arranged as conical, axis of which shapes acute angle with axis of its rotation. End flanges of conical sieving surface are arranged in the form of elliptically shaped sieves. Large diameters of ellipses of end flanges of these sieves are turned along axis of conical sieving surface relative to each other and are mounted at acute angle not only one to another but also to axis of sieving surface rotation.

EFFECT: increased sifting efficiency and expansion of technological resources.
