SUBSTANCE: method lies in interaction of rare-earth element oxide (REE) and dialkylphosphate acid in presence of inorganic REE salt in carbon dioxide solvent medium at temperature 50-90°C and molar ratio REE salt: REE oxide, equal 1:80-150. Rare-earth element dialkylphosphates can be separated in dry form or used without separation immediately after their synthesis n form of solution.

EFFECT: simplifying method of obtaining rare-earth element dialkylphosphates.
