FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: packet of bored piles hereinafter means sequence located in geometric contour specified by project, for instance, linear - rectilinear, curvilinear, of closed or open contour, from piles that contact to each other and create a certain structure specified by project. In method for arrangement of bored piles packet by means of serial boring of odd and even row of secant wells for bored piles at the distance that is less than pile diameter, with further reinforcement of bored odd wells by armature frames with diameter that is 10÷5% less than even column diameter and concreting, - at first row of odd wells is bored, reinforced with frames, at that on two diametrically opposite sides of every frame for odd wells on the side inverted to place of adjacent even well location in the whole length of frame, flexible reinforced sleeves made of airtight are fixed by temporary fixtures, which are plugged at the bottom and have anti-adhesion coating outside, which, prior or in process of pile concreting, are filled with gas or gas mix to pressure that is not less than pressure of hydrostatic column of concrete mix at pile base, and are held under pressure till concrete hardens with creation of grooves in it with arc length in cross section of not more than half of reinforced sleeve perimeter, which forms section of elliptical or circular cylindrical surface along pile length, afterwards gas is released from sleeves, and they are withdrawn from odd wells, then even wells are bored with application of grooves formed in odd piles as guides, their reinforcement and even piles concreting in them. At that gas or gas mix heated to the temperature that exceeds environmental temperature may be supplied into reinforced sleeves. Besides, reinforced sleeves comprise longitudinal bars as their reinforcement, and temporary fixtures are destroyed in process of gas supply, or during withdrawal of reinforced sleeves, or are left without destruction after sleeves withdrawal and gas release from them. Besides, reinforced sleeves of single armature frame may be filled simultaneously, preferably, after their connection in the form of T-joint to gas source.
EFFECT: increased depth of strictly vertical boring for provision of structure uniform strength in its height; reduced power inputs for channels formation in hardened concrete of neighbouring bored piles; lower irregularity of structure reinforcement as a whole due to leveling of every armature frame in well length with provision of protective concrete layer of armature of even length.
