FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pumping units with hydraulic pump to feed viscous, chemically aggressive liquid that features high accuracy of cyclic metering at high and low pressure. The aforesaid hydraulic pump represents a cylindrical housing accommodating elastically deformable piston made up of two elastic diaphragms and the cylindrical housing side surface. Its top part has a filler hole with a stop plug. It incorporates also the driving fluid chamber and pump-over fluid chamber. The former is made up of the cylindrical housing end face cover linked up with the side surface by a flange joint and bolts, and with the elastic diaphragm peripheral part squeezed there between. The end face cover has an inlet hole communicating, via pressure and drain lines and solenoid valve, with the driving fluid source. The pump-over fluid chamber is made up of the cylindrical housing end face cover linked up with the side surface by a flange joint and bolts, and with the elastic diaphragm peripheral part squeezed there between. The end face cover has an inlet hole communicating, via pressure and drain lines and drain valve, with the pump-over fluid source, and a discharge hole passing, through the drain line channels and shut-off valve, the fluid for the next processing cycle. On both side of the elastic diaphragm and in symmetry with it, solid porous membranes that feature a preset permeability are arranged mirror-like on the driving chamber side. One of them is seated on the end face cover inner surface, the other one is located on the cylindrical housing inner surface. Each membrane section represents a rectangle, while the distance between their inner surfaces is subject to the preset pump-over fluid chamber volume during one pumping cycle.

EFFECT: simple design, higher cyclic metering.
