FIELD: physics, measurement.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of metering technology and may be used to accurately determine condensed hydrocarbonic gases (CHG) mass. Device comprises level and temperature detectors, multipoint density detector, pressure detector, unit of signals processing, level correction unit, unit for mass calculation and dynamic control of measurement error and display device. Measured values of average density and average temperature of CHG liquid phase are used to determine conventional component composition of liquid and steam phase of CHG, average temperature of CHG steam phase is measured. Measured values of pressure and average temperature of liquid and steam phase of CHG, conventional component composition of CHG steam phase are used to calculate average density of CHG steam phase, level of CHG liquid phase is corrected. Measured values of level and average temperature, with application of reservoir calibration chart, are used to determine volume of CHG liquid and steam phase, mass of CHG liquid and steam phase is calculated. Full mass of CHG is calculated as sum of CHG liquid and steam phases masses. Dynamic control of relative error of measurements is automatically realised, including calculation of value of relative error of measurements, its comparison to preset value and definition of recommended values of minimum permissible level at CHG storage and minimum variation of level at reception and issue of CHG, which provide for observation of requirements of preset value of measurements error. Produced results are displayed on display unit for convenience of operator's work.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurement, possibility to realise operative dynamic control of measurements error.
