FIELD: measuring technique.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises acoustic line made of a string made of magnetostrictive material and provided with damper and reading coil, first permanent magnet, first top float made of a toroid and mounted for permitting movement together with the second permanent magnet mounted on it, second bottom float provided with the third permanent magnet made of a toroid and having a device for fastening weights submerged in fluid and suspended to the top float with join balancing chains composed of heavy and light parts connected in series, pulse generator, amplifier-generator, unit for measuring level, unit for measuring density whose output is connected with the unit for measuring level, and indication unit. The heavy part is secured to the second bottom float, and light part is secured to the first top float.
EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities and sensitivity.
