FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method consists in formation of a group of clinically healthy animals, exploration of some biomedical blood values, calculation of an average value for a specific group of animals, comparison of the value of each animal and the related average value for the specific group of animals, assessment of animal resistance to tuberculosis on the basis of the related biomedical values. The explored value is uric acid, and if observing decreasing uric acid with respect to its average value for the specific group of animals, animal's body resistance to tuberculosis is stated.

EFFECT: method is easy-to-implement and effective, allows to form herds of cattle of the animals potentially resistance to tuberculosis infection.
