SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine namely surgery, and can be used for forecasting of an outcome of disease of patients with urgent surgical pathology of organs of an abdominal cavity. For realisation of the method, condition of the patient on the MIP scale, SAPS II is estimated, absolute number of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD16+, CO20+lymphocytes is determined, relations CD38+/CD95+, CD25+/CD38+, CD25+/CD95+, and also a distance from the centre of immune system cluster. On the basis of the received data estimation of severity state of the patient (SS) is made. Individual calculation of probability of lethal outcome (PLO) in percentage is performed under the formula of sedate function.

EFFECT: increase of SS and PLO indicators informativeness in comparison with known scales of estimation of severity of patient condition with an urgent surgical pathology of organs of an abdominal cavity.
