SUBSTANCE: method for tension adaptation rating in the patients suffering an urgent surgical abdominal pathology characterised by measuring lymphocyte count; absolute CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD16+, CD20+, CD25+, CD38+, CD95+ lymphocyte count; absolute CD16+ neutrophil count; immunoglobulin IgG, IgA, IgM content; patient's blood neutrophage and circulating immune complex count; multiple regression formulas are used to calculate fifteen main components determining the immunological status values; that is followed by calculating an individual tension adaptation - S_MC as an a mean square deviation in pairs between the main components making 105 pairs by formula: $$S_{MC}=\sqrt{\frac{1}{105}{\displaystyle \sum _{i=\mathrm{1,}x=1}^{15}{(M{C}_i-M{C}_x)}^2}},$$ wherein MC_i, MC_x are the main components: MC-1-MC-15; and if the values S_MC<1.0, the tension adaptation is rated as critical, leading to a breakdown of the adaptation mechanisms.
