FIELD: physics, measurement.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to measurement equipment and is intended for measurement of velocity of reciprocal and rotary motions with the help of at least six devices installed in different spatial directions, every of which comprises at least two channels. Signals are sent along these channels (11, 12) and then registered. Measurement of phase shift between signals in both channels compared to calming device (1) is measure of actual device (1) velocity for facilities of assessment (13). At that effect of rotary motion at variation of phase shift is prevented or compensated. Example of devices location is their installation on six surfaces of cube.

EFFECT: provides for reliable and independent measurement of velocity and may be realised in the smallest space.
