FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an optical sensor device for measuring electrical quantity, current or voltage, in high-voltage circuits having a beam splitter with integrated optics. Optical interferometric sensor device comprises an integrated beam splitter (8), having first face (22) and second face (23) with optical ports (PT1-PT5) located on them. Splitter beam of branching (J1, J2), as well as ports (PT1-PT3) on the side of optoelectronics and port (PT5) on measuring side are located on splitter (8) of beam, which are mutually offset along direction of first face (22). This offset reduces the undesirable effects of interference caused by scattered light. Besides, a quarter-wave phase plate (QWR) is placed in recess (24) of beam splitter (8), together with adjacent layers of soft adhesive to reduce mechanical stress.
EFFECT: technical result consists in creation of device with improved accuracy.
