FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cryogenic radio engineering. Superconducting wide-band SHF amplifier includes a chain of segments consisting from two-contact squids for generating periodic triangle-shaped voltage response depending on magnetic field shift value. The above segments are made up from squid groups with similar effective squares. The shift current is selected based on the condition that sinusoidal voltage response of the single squid is ensured depending on the magnetic field shift value.
EFFECT: increased level of output signal and amplification linearity factor due to multi-element Josephson structures consisting from serial connection of squids.
