FIELD: parametric traveling wave amplifier.
SUBSTANCE: to expand of dynamic range free from parasitic components, the parametric traveling wave amplifier contains a coplanar waveguide placed on the substrate and superconducting quantum interferometers based on Josephson junctions (SQUID) connected to it. Superconducting quantum interferometers are structures containing two circuits and three Josephson junctions (bi-SQUID), each bi-SQUID contains flat lower and upper superconducting layers, each of which has a first L-shaped element and a second rectangular element, with the first elements are installed oppositely at an angle, and said layers are connected at the tops of their shelves. At the intersection of the racks of the first elements, one Josephson junction is placed, and two other Josephson junctions are installed at the ends of the racks of the first elements and connected to rectangular elements on one side of their ends, and on the other side, these superconducting layers are connected to form, respectively, the first and second circuits of the bi-SQUID.
EFFECT: expansion of dynamic range free from parasitic components.
