FIELD: radio engineering and communications.

SUBSTANCE: this invention consists in the fact that reinforcing superconducting metamaterial consists of galvanically connected elementary cells, displaced by direct current and having effect of quantum interference with participation of two or more Josephson contacts, elementary cells form in combination a 2D evenly distributed in space grid meta-surface, while the magnetic field of amplified signal is created by nearest low-Q transmission line, which distributes signal between all cells of the metamaterial.

EFFECT: increasing power of saturation and widening the frequency range of amplification.
