SUBSTANCE: invention refers to food industry. Carrot roots are minced and mixed with sugar and held at 15-25°C during 10-20 minutes. Citrus skin is mixed with culinary salt and held at 15-25°C during 10-20 minutes. Then the ingredients are mixed, pasteurised and hermetically sealed.
EFFECT: product contains natural components, rich with carotene, vitamins B, vitamins C, cellulose, organic acids, ottar, pectin substances, kalium, natrium, phophous salts.
