SUBSTANCE: garlic and citrus skin are milled. Citrus skin is mixed with table salt. This mixture is kept at temperature of 15-25°C during 10-20 minutes, after that garlic is added, the mixture is repeatedly mixed and hermetically sealed. The components are used in the ratio specified.

EFFECT: natural product, enriched by vitamins, fibre, organic acids, essential oils, pectin substances and mineral salts.
