FIELD: food products.
SUBSTANCE: recipe components are prepared. Green onions are chopped and frozen. The marinated cucumbers are cut. Specified components are mixed without oxygen access with "Yuzhniy" sauce, table salt, calcium gluconate and black bitter pepper. The meat is sliced and fried in the melted fat. Then meat, prepared mixture and mayonnaise are packed, they are sealed and sterilised. Digestibility index of the preserve is equal to 2.7·105.
EFFECT: enhanced digestibility.
