FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy field. Particularly it relates to receiving of cast composite material on the basis of aluminium for manufacturing of products working in friction conditions. Cast composite material contains in the capacity of matrix component - aluminium alloy Al+3% Mg, and in the capacity of reinforcing component- discrete ceramic particles of silicon carbide SiC with granularity 30-50 mcm in amount 3-5 or 15-19 wt %. Method of cast composite material receiving is implemented as follows. It is implemented mixing in flash-mixing device of powders of matrix component from aluminium alloy Al+3% Mg and reinforce discrete ceramic particles of silicon carbide. After what mixture is briquetted under the pressure 28-35 MPa and there are introduced received briquettes into melt of aluminium alloy Al+3% Mg at the temperature 850±10°C in amount necessary for receiving of defined concentration of reinforce discrete ceramic particles in mentioned melt. After it is implemented tenacity during 20-30 min for behavior of distribution processes of ceramic particles by volume of melt of defined aluminium alloy, and then it is implemented mixing and casting.
EFFECT: receiving of high endurance of defined frictional material properties.
