FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: material contains inclusions of intermetallide phase with size < 10 mcm, at quantity 5-20 volume % mixture Al3Х, where X - Ti, Zr, V, Fe, Ni, high strength ceramic nanoparticle with a size < 50 nm in a quantity of 0,1-2,0% from the mass of melt, as well high strength ceramic particle with average size 14 mcm in amount of 1-5% from general mass of melt. The method of getting includes the mixing in ball mill initial powder, caking under the pressure 100-130 MPa, the heating up to 110±10°С. The achieved cakes are brought in alloy, heated up to the temperature 850±10°С, and after this mix is sustained during 20-30 min with an aim to pass the process of generating strengthening intermetallide phase, and after it is made the mixing and the pouring.
EFFECT: material is remarkable for the heat resistance and durability.
