SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in producing electrodes intended for pipe ends and metal structures. Fluoroplastic incorporated with the composition reduces the content of diffusion hydrogen in weld metal to 6 ml/100 g.
EFFECT: increased quality of electrodes due to varying thickness of coating, and stabilisation of its concentricity over electrode length provided for by adding concrete super-plasticiser with air-suppressor effect demofix.
