FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in chemical industry for quartz raw material enrichment. Initial raw material is preliminarily crushed and decrepitation with further thermocrushing in liquid medium is carried out. After final mechanic crushing with further crushing, magnetic separation and flotation are carried out. Chamber product of flotation after ultrasonic processing, filtration and drying is exposed to tempering at temperature 550-700°C with further processing with mixture of hydrochloric and hydrofluoric acids at temperature not higher than 20°C. Flotation and ultrasonic processing of chamber product are realised in pulp with PH=3.0-4.0. Preparation of pulp for flotation is carried out using mineral acid, for example sulfuric, and crushing of initial quartz raw material is carried out to coarseness not more than 0.4 mm.
EFFECT: claimed invention allows to extend raw material base for obtaining pure silicon dioxide.
