FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of obtaining insulating fireproof materials based on aluminium oxide and can be used in production of ceramic-metal lamps insulators, sparking plugs, insulation adjusting parts. Claimed is novel charge composition, which includes technical alumina, activator of sintering, boric acid, soluble magnesium salt, as well as additionally strontium and calcium carbonates with the following ratio of said components, wt %: activator of sintering 5.0-12.0; boric acid 1.0-3.0; soluble magnesium salt 1.0-2.0; strontium carbonate 2.0-3.0; calcium carbonate 1.0-2,0 technical alumina - the remaining part, to 100%. Activator of sintering is cake of initial components: alumina, quartz sand and magnesium carbonate.
EFFECT: increase of electric resistance and reduction of level of dielectric loss of ceramics, especially in areas of high temperatures (300-500°C), as well as reduction of temperature of ceramics burning and sintering of metallised layer in obtaining ceramic-metal junctions.
