FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ferrous metallurgy field, particularly, it relates to manufacturing of iron-ore raw materials and its following melting in blast furnace. Invention implicate receiving of raw pellets and its following drying, heating, burning, recuperation and cooling on kiln, discharge of burn pellets from kiln and charging of burnt pellets allowing the temperature higher than 250°C into blast furnace. Pellets are subjected to subcooling on kiln, discharged from kiln with temperature 250-850°C, collected in bunker and transferred hot pellets into feeding assembly of blast furnace with usage of transport gas agent.
EFFECT: reduction of capital expenditures for construction of kiln ensured by reduction of its area, to increase productivity of blast furnace and to reduce consumption of coke ensured by temperature increasing of feed pellets.
