METHOD OF OPEN DEVELOPMENT OF MINERAL DEPOSIT Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC E21C41/26 

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be implemented at development of steep bed of mineral and at completion stock below project boundaries of pit. The method consists in separate in time blast-hole drilling breakage of overburden and mineral and their separate extraction, forming pit edges. Also extraction of mineral and country rock is performed by horizontal layers, the lower boundaries of which are arranged at different levels; the distance between them is less, than thickness of the horizontal layer. At extraction of mineral and country rock compact mobile drilling equipment and compact mobile loading equipment are used; the latter facilitates scooping rock mass below its bearing surface; distance between lower boundaries of layers of mineral and country rock is accepted as not exceeding depth of scooping of compact mobile loading equipment.

EFFECT: excavation of stock below the project boundaries of the pit at increased watering, particularly characterised with non-uniform in time character.
