SUBSTANCE: scanning of investigated object is realised, which contains 1H hydrogen nucleus and 14N nitrogen nucleus, by method of nuclear magnetic and quadrupole resonance, afterwards area is selected from investigated object space pattern, and this area is exposed to resonance radio-frequency electromagnetic field.

EFFECT: provision of possibility of local resonance effect at investigated area of object.
