SUBSTANCE: phase-contrast device for visualisation of transparent objects, comprising single-mode laser, at least one lens, Zernicke filter on thermal nonlinearity installed in back focal plane of lens, and unit for registration and visualisation of transparent objects, differs by the fact that Zernicke filter on thermal nonlinearity is arranged in the form of cuvette with liquid medium, value of losses α1 for absorption of radiation in which at the length of 1 [cm] of optical path is at least α1≥0.05, where α [cm-1] is light absorption coefficient.

EFFECT: improved convenience of phase-contrast device adjustment for visualisation of transparent objects, reduced power of illuminating radiation object.
