FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to medical diagnostics, and can be used for estimation of oxygen tissue status. Amplitude modulation of laser source irradiation is performed. Scanning of examined tissue is carried out with synchronous movement of source and receiver. Indices of absorption and dispersion of tissue components in each point of examined tissue are determined. After that, ratio of oxidised and total hemoglobin in each point of tissue is calculated and distribution of oxygen tissue status is produced in form of two-dimensional image. Laser sources are used with three wavelengths: 684 nm, corresponding to maximum of reduced hemoglobin absorption, 850 nm, corresponding to maximum of oxidised hemoglobin absorption, 794 nm - coefficients of absorption of oxidised and reduced hemoglobin coincide.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to determine oxygen status of tissues, different in structure and composition, and obtain distribution of oxygen status of tissues in form of two-dimensional image.
