FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: photoelectric cell consists of metal plate-cathode and electrocontact grid-anode with the following layers located between them - transparent electroconductive layer and photosensitive layer of transparent semi-conducting polymer of n-type comprising semi-conducting nanocrystals of p-type and metal nanoparticles. According to invention, surfaces of metal plate-cathode and electrocontact grid-anode inverted inside photoelectric cell are equipped with solver mirror coats, at that transparent electroconductive layer of photoelectric cell comprises spherical microcapsules from transparent dielectric in number n defined by given expression, and spherical microcapsules of transparent dielectric contain microparticles of phosphor crystal.
EFFECT: possibility for photoelectric cell to generate electric energy during specified time after external electromagnet radiation is no longer supplied on it.
