FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a cable entry device, which is used for letting in electrical cables, in particular, through two adjacent bushings which are explosion-protected or fireproof. The device has a sleeve shaped case, which can be inserted through opposite first and second ends into corresponding channels of the bushing. The device also has a filling piece, fitted into the axial opening of the outer case and is meant for holding electrical cables which are directed through the device, and a fixing device, which is used for attaching the device to at least one bushing. Wider clearances are possible when making channels of the bushings, while retaining all good properties of explosion-protection and fireproofing, thereby improving characteristics of this type of device. The above mentioned fixing device has a male thread, which is made on the first end and is mated with a female thread on the corresponding bushing. The fixing device also has a fastening nut which can be screwed on the first end, and a stopper element, which is joined to the second end and which radially projects outwards. The inner case has a separating element, which radially projects outwards in the middle, between bushings when the device is assembled.
EFFECT: easier assembling.
