FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: method for emergency call realisation used in user device in waiting mode which device is located in the first cell of radio network with the first radio access technique includes phases of radio resources control connection request using "emergency call" as connection request. There is transition to new cell in location area or routing area different from that area where the first cell is located. Then there is new request for radio resources control connection using "emergency call" as connection request. This method cancels location area or routing area updating when user device moves to new cell during emergency call.
EFFECT: acceleration of emergency call realisation by several seconds.
