FIELD: food products.
SUBSTANCE: carrots and onion are cut and sautéed in vegetable oil, dill is cut and frozen. The above-mentioned components are mixed under oxygen free conditions with table salt, carp fillet is breaded in bread crumbs and fried in vegetable oil. The carp fillet, obtained mixture and drinking water are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: increase of digestibility from 1·105 to 1,3·105 comparing to the similar dish.
