FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting out trapezoid mucoperiosteal membrane arranged with its greater base turned towards transition fold and with the smaller basis towards alveolar process crest. Maxillary sinus fundus is lifted. Alveolar process mucous membrane is laminated on its palatine surface in sinus lifting incision vicinity, on small base of trapezoid flap. Connective tissue transplant, being middle mucous membrane layer, is cut out. The transplant is placed in the vicinity of maxillary sinus mucous membrane defect. Osteoplastic material is introduced under mucous membrane of maxillary sinus fundus. The implant is set.
EFFECT: reliably closed mucous membrane perforation; reliable implant fixation in removed tooth socket.
