FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dental surgery. After the extraction of teeth with vital pulp, the coronal part, the apex of the roots of the teeth, the periodontal ligament, root cement, restorations, and pulp tissue are removed with the help of a diamond disk. The resulting dentin fragment is separated into rectangular blocks with a thickness of 1 mm to 3 mm with diamond discs. The resulting dentin plates are fixed with screws in the area of bone deficiency of the alveolar process of the upper jaw or the alveolar part of the lower jaw, after which the mucoperiosteal flap is placed in place and hermetically sutured.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to avoid the use of osteoplastic materials foreign to the patient, to avoid the formation of additional trauma in the donor area for the collection of bone autograft, thereby reducing the risk of intra- and postoperative complications, to reduce the rehabilitation period for patients, to achieve the required volume of alveolar bone for dental implantation, thereby increasing the efficiency of treatment of patients with the use of dental implants in the area of missing teeth with atrophy of the alveolar process of the upper jaw and the alveolar part of the lower jaw.
