FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to anesthesiology and reanimatology, and can be used in perioperational period in treatment of patients with traumatic injuries of spinal column, as well as with coxarthroses with latent enteral insufficiency. In order to recover motor-evacuatory function of gastrointestinal tract, normalise nitrous balance and reduce level of hypermetabolism, monitoring of motor-evacuatory function of GIT is carried out by means of phonoeteroscope in dynamics in real time scale, initial level of intestinal murmur frequency (IMF), leucocyte intoxication index (LII) are determined and pareticity coefficient (Cp) is calculated by formula Cp=LII/IMF, and then monitoring of IMF is continued and in case of its reduction LII is determined and Cp is calculated again and with its growth in dynamics relative to initial level nutritional supporting with balanced mixtures containing soluble and insoluble food fibres is carried out until stable tendency of Cp reduction and its tending to zero relative to initial level appears.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce severity of postagressive reactions in patients with trauma of spinal column and coxarthrosis, as well as considerably reduce number of severe degrees of GIT paresis in perioperational period in patients with spinal column trauma, to realise early activation of patients in case of endoprosthesis replacement.
