FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to virology and veterinary science. The vaccine composition containing emulsion "oil-in-water" (O/W) containing: (1) aqueous solution containing immunogen chosen from the group consisting of inactivated bacteria Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae, inactivated pig's zircovirus type 2 (PCV-2) or their combinations; (2) mineral oil; (3) nonionic lipophilic detergent; (4) nonionic hydrophilic detergent of low hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) containing ethoxylated fatty-acid sorbite diester (usually HLB being within 11 and 13); and (5) nonionic hydrophilic detergent of high HLB (HLB being within 13 to 40). There is also disclosed method of pathogen immune response induction in animals with using this vaccine composition.
EFFECT: vaccine composition is characterised with improved stability in bacterial or virus suspension mediums especially concentrated and unpurified or low purified suspensions.
