SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine, namely to veterinary medicine, immunology and virology; it is intended for vaccinating pigs against a disease associated with an infection of porcine circovirus type 2 (hereinafter – PCV2) and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (hereinafter – PRRSV). A combined vaccine contains an antigen from PCV2 unable to reproduce and live PRRSV. The vaccine is an oil-in-water emulsion containing squalene and vitamin E acetate. Methods for producing the specified combined vaccine are also presented. In another embodiment, an oil-in-water emulsion is presented containing squalene and vitamin E acetate, an antigen from PCV2 unable to reproduce and live PRRSV. In one more embodiment, the use of an antigen from PCV2 unable to reproduce and live PRRSV for the production of the combined vaccine is presented. In addition, a method for vaccinating pigs against PCV2 and PRRSV by injecting the specified combined vaccine is presented.

EFFECT: use of the group of inventions allows combining live PRRSV virus with inactivated antigen from PCV2, providing safe and effective vaccine against a disease associated with PCV2 and PRRSV infection.
