FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to metal treatment by pressure, mainly to rolling stand structure. The device includes stand pad with roll neck bearing being installed inside and tension anchor. The anchor passes the axial direction of roll and affects roll's neck. The anchor is also provided with cap washer. The cap washer is placed so that it can move along anchor in axial direction and, from one side, rests upon nut capable of moving along the threaded part of tension anchor and upon bearing unit, from the other side. The device is implemented so that hydraulic tooling can affect anchor creating preliminary tensioning and setting effort between tension anchor and cap washer resting upon bearing unit. The removing device is implemented so that it can be connected temporally with the above bearing unit. The hydraulic cylinder of removing device rests upon the above tension anchor rigidly connected with roll neck.
EFFECT: invention provides for improving bearing unit efficiency and safe removing from roll's neck.
