FIELD: devices for axial fixing bearing assembly on journal of roll of rolling mill. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes adaptor having bosses extending outside and separated along circle by grooves; members for securing fastening part with possibility of demounting it to distant end of roll journal; locking member monolythic with bearing assembly and having bosses extending inside and separated along circles by means of grooves. Said locking member is mounted with possibility of rotation between unlocked position when its bosses extending inside are matched with grooves of adaptor for suppressing axial shift of bearing assembly in directions towards roll journal and from it and locked position when its bosses extending inside are matched with extending outside bosses of adaptor for axially fixing bearing assembly on roll journal. EFFECT: simplified process for making adaptor, enhanced suppression of axial loads of bearing assemblies at rolling. 8 cl, 6 dwg
